1st Rel. 1988 Pleasant Company Samantha American Girl Cape Outfit Skates Set EXC
This is a beautiful FIRST RELEASE of Samantha's Cape Outfit - all pieces are tagged Pleasant Company 1988. Adult collector owned for all these years, and all in excellent condition. The tartan cloak has the blue velvet around the collar, only seen in the earlier versions.
The cord shows no signs of fraying - all looks good. All buttons on the gaiters are intact. The cap and muff still look bright white - amazing, considering they are well over thirty years old! Samantha's skates are also included - straps are supple, and buckles intact. Comes with the FIRST EDITION book, "Changes for Samantha" which looks like it was never read.
