American Girl Doll Kit Kittredge The News Reporter with Accessories

Retired first edition version of Classic Historical American Girl, Kit Kittredge, along with many items of furniture and accessories, all in pristine condition. Kit was released in 2000.

Her story is set in 1932 in Cincinnati. She was the first noticeably short-haired historical doll, with her hair cut into an era-appropriate bob. She has blonde hair, freckles across her cheeks, side part, and blue eyes. Kit aspired to be a reporter, and so her accessories include her camera and case, handbag with her handkerchief and buffalo nickel, compass necklace, miniature Cincinnati Register newspapers, a wooden rolltop desk complete with functioning drawers, swivel chair and typewriter.

She has an orange crate scooter, which is home to her dog Grace. Metal bed with bedding and trundle for her best friend, and much more. Original outfits are featured in the Abigail Breslin movie.
