American Girl White Body Molly Doll Pleasant Company Full Outfit 1980's

This is a 1980's white-body Molly McIntyre doll from the Pleasant Company. Molly is wearing most of her original meet outfit (sweater, 1986 wool skirt, socks, shoes, dickey collar). Her original locket was lost but I replaced it with an early 90's one (included). I have her beret as well but forgot to put it in all the photographs.

Molly has the deep aqua-ish grey eyes classic to white-body Molly dolls. Her right eye has the start of silvering (a rim of sparkle around the iris as shown) but her pupils are intact. Her hair is thinning from age but is still soft and fills out two braids well. Her eyelashes are long and intact. Her body has some light spotting here and there as could be expected but she is still chubby with a big bum (my husband picked her up and poetically remarked that she was "a truck").

Long neck strings, no body tag, PLEASANT COMPANY in messy lettering very high on her neck, under her hair. I tried to take a photo of the stamp but couldn't do it without just taking pictures of my own fingers. Molly has always been my favorite of the white-bodies. WB Kirsten looks older than her years...
