NO MARKS OR STAINS ON LIMBS, FACE OR BODY, BUT MAY HAVE A FEW MINOR SHINE SPOTS FROM PLAY THAT CANNOT BE SEEN IN THE PHOTOS. CLOTH BODY HAS NO ODORS. LIMBS HAVE BEEN RESTRUNG SO SHE CAN STAND ON HER OWN OR HOLD POSES. EYES OPEN AND CLOSE PROPERLY. I SEE NO MAJOR DEFECTS WITH THIS DOLL. HER OUTFIT IS CLEAN & STAIN FREE. INCLUDES HOODIE SWEATER, SHIRT, SKIRT, TIGHTS, PANTIES & BOOTS PLUS HER BOX & MEET BOOK. HER SHOES HAVE MINOR PEELING AS SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS. She tries to stop the Pet Parade, help two teachers fall in love, cheer up her uncle, and help out with her brother's bar mitzvah. In her book, she learns that there is more than one way to make a difference. She is the younger sister of an older brother named Ethan, has a dog named Mr. Tiny, and loves to ride her scooter.

She also loves her laptop. Lindsey is described as being funny and good-hearted. She seems to always be in trouble.

Lindsey always has a new project to work on so she can help. She's not very well-liked in school. She has a friend named April, who she thinks is a little strange. She plays the trumpet in the school band.

She was the first and only Jewish character until the introduction of Rebecca Rubin in 2009. Since Girl of the Year was a new collection it was not originally well received so low sells of the Lindsey doll delayed the release of the next Girl of the Year doll until 2003. This has made the Lindsey doll hard to find on the secondary market. Sales did increase so a new Doll of the Year has been released every year and retired at the end of the year since 2003. SHE APPEARS TO BE IN GENTLY USED OR NEVER USED CONDITION UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED ABOVE.
