HTF 1989 Pleasant Company Kirsten Summer Fishing Outfit American Girl Doll Set
Tagged Pleasant Company 1989, Kirsten's first version Summer Fishing Outfit is in excellent condition. Outfit looks like it was rarely, if ever, used. The blue and off-white striped short-sleeved drop-shouldered cotton dress has two sections of Velcro, with tucked up "growth stripes" at the bottom of dress. Clean with no marks or odors.
Her straw boater hat has black ribbon trim around the crown and then tied in a bow. The red lace up boots are also in great shape, Some of the fishing items are not in such great shape, however. The fishing pole comes in two sections, complete with bobber and hook. It appears to have rarely been used. This set comes with the bait basket (the fragile handle is missing) and the drawstring on the checkered fabric pouch is broken.
