HTF Pleasant Company First Version Felicity Summer Outfit American Girl w Bonnet
Tagged Pleasant Company 1994, this hard to find early first edition of Felicity's Summer Outfit consists of two separate sets, the Summer Gown and Lace Cap and the Straw Hat and Brocade Slippers. The white dress has beautiful ruffle detail on the sleeves, and the floral ribbon adds a delicate touch, as well as the lace mob cap.
The brocade shoes and straw bonnet are indicative of the earlier version. Note that the straw rows in the hat are thinner than later editions, and the lining of the shoes are darker and textured. The book, "Felicity Saves the Day, " appears to have never been read.
