Tagged Special Edition 1997 Pleasant Company, Felicity's rare Town Fair Outfit looks like it was rarely, if ever, used. Includes teal cotton ankle length dress, pink and white/gold striped narrow skirt apron, and white mob cap with golden ribbon and lace trim.
Also includes the extremely hard to find wooden windmill toy. All is intact with teal flag at top with spinning windmills on base and long pole, as well as a handle on the pole for Felicity to hold the windmill. Also includes the booklet, "Felicity's Town Fair Outfit" and hanger.
